If you are a FluxSys customer, supply us with products or services, interact with us online, email, call or write to us this Privacy Policy applies to you. Due to the nature of our business, we act as a data controller and this means we determine how and why your personal data is processed. 

If you are an employee of FluxSys or job applicant we have created specific policies for you, and they will have been made available to you at the appropriate point in time.

In line with the expectations of the Data Protection Act (2018) and the GDPR regulations, we only collect necessary information that is required to allow us to promote and deliver our services fairly and effectively.

If you make a request, we will endeavour to respond to you within one month (please understand we may need to extend this period for complex or multiple requests).
